Terrible customer service. Not send prescriptions to pharmacy after 2 weeks of faxing from pharmacy and me personally going into the office asking for it and me calling several times.

Dr. Ahmed has been my PCP for many years. I'm extremely pleased with his choices for medications, advise & treatments. He explains everything, so that anyone can understand. He is highly educated & experienced. This gives me confidence to trust his recommendations & judgements concerning my health. He asks questions and answers mine. He doesn't seem beat around the Bush. He is upfront & honest, yet displays kindness. It is evident that he cares. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! K.L. DURAND 4/16/19

Has excellent reputation with other Dr's in area and also will contact them with you to make best analyses of conditions he is treating.

I started seeing Dr Ahmed two years ago. But now he is so booked up that it takes 2 or 3 months just to try and see . Now I guess its just about how much money he can make off of us mountain hillbilly people. Also what is crappy if your Walgreen or CVS calls to check on your next prescription. They will return the call back. Come on man . Quit booking yourselve up. Its not fair to your patients that were with you in the beginning. Try to make it a little more about your patients and not $$$

Couldn’t ever get ahold of the office, they never called back, for months. Finally my mother saw him in the hospital inpatient. Cold, heartless and arrogant. Refused to listen to relevant medical history and wrote completely false information in patient history and physical notes that he never asked about and wouldn’t listen to anyway so must have made up. Definitely would not recommend.

Dr Ahmed is extremely intelligent and a thorough physician. When I was very ill he acted quickly and, after visiting another family doctor, Dr Ahmed was the one to get me back to health. He is an employed physician of Summit so the appointment and office policies really are not under his control . These reviews should be based on the effectiveness of the physician. Dr Ahmed is an effective internist.

I thought he was very good but things changed. He lost two of his staff this past week, one his PA, a truly wonderful and caring lady. I had some health issues and they sent me in to the hospital for a huge battery of tests, CT scans, cardio work up, lab tests, ultra sound. Results in last week. He never called for me to come in to go over the results. There is more, one worse, a total disregard of my medical supply needs. To me he has taken on more than he can handle. Sad.

I came to him when, for over a month I was losing weight, no appetite, nausea, and recurring dehydration, he sent me for a couple tests and then wanted to see me back in two months. I called repeatedly to get a sooner appt but they're just completely booked up. So when the tests were negative, here I am still losing weight and won't see him for another month and a half.. He's a good doctor, he really cares for his patients, but don't expect to get in for a while, even if you're sick.
