The secretary, nurse, and intern at this office were brilliant--I'd give them 5 stars if I could. The surgeon? Can I give negative stars? I waited months and months for an appointment, and my pain management team has also been waiting to hear that I would get the help I need. The surgeon kept me waiting for over an hour, and seemed in a rush to leave since his work day should have been over by the time he arrived. Dr Afifi is amazing! His attention to detail & the artistry of his work is incredible. Behind every great plastic surgeon is a staff that shines. Molly, PA & Lyv, his assistant created a supportive, welcoming environment and knew exactly how to take care of my anxious moments.
