I was a frequent customer but after the experience today, I won’t go back again. I went there with my family and there was an incident with my order. The manager instead of bringing a solution, gave us an attitude and even insulted us when we were living (he said it softly but I heard). Clearly, he needs an intensive training in customer service and he has to understand that personal problems have to stay at home.
