I had an extremely frustrating experience with this office as a walk in patient, specifically the front desk staff. I was told multiple times that my insurance was not accepted and that I was out of network. Based on that information, I was refused service. However, after contacting my insurance company directly, I confirmed that I am in fact in-network with this provider. Doctor Ahmed is great. I’ve been seeing him for the past few years. He provides great care.
The front desk was nice. The doctor refused to see a patient who brought their service animal. The doctor stated that the dog did not appear to be a service animal and demanded to see a license, despite the animal wearing an appropriate service harness and leash. The doctor violated ADA compliance laws and vocally expressed they did not believe the patient and told them they would not be seen and to leave immediately. Corporate and ADA complaints have been filled. Shame on you "Dr."
