First time I had Drs assistant she was very knowledgeable and thorough. Asked many questions abut how I was doing. Called next day for new referral.
The office staff is not very friendly nor on top of what a patient needs in fusion and blood! Nor do they return calls and almost impossible to get someone to pick up in the office . Same old thing leave a message w no call back and very hard to reach doctor directly about an issue and office staff has messed up several grants my husband could have gotten if they were on the ball! ! The Dr, staff ( especially the nurse that took blood from me )receptionist and even the exit receptionist were absolutely fantastic, thank God I got a good report and I don’t have to go back for another year, but if I did, I know that I would be in great hands because that entire staff was amazing!!!!
Got me in and out quick and treated me very well!!!!!
