An excellent doctor snd human being. You know he cares.
There was a lack of communication within the cancer center. I needed labs drawn for a medication prescribed by Dermatology for a chemo-related reaction. Dr. Al's office said this would be entered, though didn't happen for almost 2 months after it was ordered. I'll just say the staff acted distant and you didn't feel a warm welcoming atmosphere. It's important to let family know upfront they are not allowed in the infusion area. This is very different from the infusion center at home in Michigan.
