Too bad the only way to share this experience involves giving it a star in the rating. My daughter-in-law has ovarian cysts- among other health issues- and is in a lot of pain most of the time. This morning it was particularly painful. We were all worried that one may burst. So, I drove her and my son to the nearest emergency room. I left them so I could pick up my grandson from school, but when we returned to pick them up, she was in tears. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Phyllis Sneider is in charge of shoveling B.S. to anyone who complains, such as in the case of Skin D'Amour Day Spa, which is housed within the hospital. The manager of that spa, Vivien O'Yang, is getting complaints for ripping off job applicants by having them drive out to her home on Andy Place in Riverside and siphoning free services off them. While visiting Disneyland my daughter became very sick and we had to rush her to Anaheim regional medical center, the staff was so nice . The nurses and doctors were very attentive and got her fixed up and back to Disneyland
