I had a terrible experience with this doctor. When I asked a simple health question, she was rude, dismissive, and showed zero compassion. I had shared I had recently lost a loved one, she showed absolutely no sympathy or compassion. “Menopause is a great excuse for a lot of things”, she said and then offered me antidepressants! Thankfully, I found a wonderful practice who listens and understands the stage of life I am in. RUN if you need compassion and deep diving into issues. If all you need is a strep test or a flu shot, then go ahead and stay.
I felt Shalyn really took the time to listen to my concern with a genuine engagement. I appreciated how she spent time to explain everything and I did not feel like I was being rushed through my appointment. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, expertise and understanding.

I have been seeing Shalyn Ahmadi for over 10 years. She is awesome and has my full trust. Very professional and always listens and makes informed decisions. She is and Outstanding PA, better then some MD's I have seen in the past.
Not sure why anyone on this site would give Shalyn anything less than 5 stars. Must have been having a bad day. She has been taking care of me for 12 years and has never treated me with anything but respect. She always spends time to talk to me and listen to what I am saying. If there were 6 stars available I would give them to her.
Shalyn always has the time and patience of a saint. I hope that she never retires as she is way better than any doctor that I have been to. Her skills in diagnosing any issues are beyond expectation.
Very concerned and took plenty of time to explain treatment plan
The WORST PA ever. Cold and rude with the personality of a dead fish. Not an ounce of compassion. Does not listen. Highly questionable knowledge beyond the very basics, though she obviously thinks very highly of herself. Stay away!
