I would like to share my feedback and express my sincere gratitude for working with Ahmad. He was the best real estate agent—exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive, polite, and patient. As this was my first experience, he taught me a lot about the sale process and was immensely helpful in communicating with the title company. I will definitely reach out to Ahmad when I want to purchase my new home Thank you so much for all the support.

Ahmad was a great real estate agent. He was very professional and walked me through the home buying process in a very thoughtful way. He made sure that he understood what was important to me and guided me to homes that fit. He also was extremely upfront about any issues he saw with homes and, when I found a home I was interested in, gave me a good advice on how to offer, and what was fair. I never felt pressured to buy at any point, he genuinely seemed to just want to help me find what fit.

If you need an amazing realtor in Northern Virginia that is easy to work with, knows the area very well and always has a positive attitude then I highly recommend you work with Ahmad Zafar! As a first time homebuyer, Ahmad was super patient with me on answering all of my questions, he was very thorough on explaining each step of the home buying process and never put any pressure on me to buy a house. I took longer then expected during my search but Ahmad helped me find the perfect first home.
