The staff was friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long. The doctor listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel cared for. The office was clean and professional. Highly recommend! Aerial was so welcoming and made my experience comfortable and enjoyable!
Dr. Ahmad has, up until recently, been great. His staff, Andrea specifically, has been abominable. I cannot get Rx refills completed. I cannot get messages to the Dr. She has yelled at me on the phone on multiple occasions. She is rude and obnoxious. And needs to have her license taken away. I don't care what you are going thru, you don't do what she does to people.
If you ask questions about the mask then he will no longer see you. Yet the girls behind the counter, when I walked in and the nurses in very back we not wearing mask. So I ask them if y'all don't have to, why do I? Y'all have all had the jab I'm assuming, plus wearing a mask. So why you worried about me? Then this guy with a so called degree comes in with a attitude and tells me that he will no longer see me do to that and for being rude to his staff for years. um no I haven't been. My visits have been thorough and my wait time is minimal. The staff is pleasant, and I highly recommend Dr. Ahmad. I have had psoriasis and arthritis for years. His care management plan have improved my quality of life.
Dr. Ahmad is the best of the best. No matter what your problem he will find your solution. He treats you as special as you hope that any doctor would ever treat you. His staff is excellent.
Dr Ahmad is a wonderful person and Dr. I love him so much he is my mom's PCP as well as my grandmother and my wife I highly recommend Dr Ahmad. Great staff to me out of 5 star status he and his staff are a 10....
