Very polite and talked me through the procedure.
Dr. Nizam was good at the testing, but I was a bit put off by the fact that I had a 7:40 appointment which I showed up for at 7:20 but wasn't seen for 30 minutes. Not sure why there was a hold-up but it's very frustrating to have an appointment and to have your time wasted with no explanation. Dr. Nizam was very professional and got right to the testing. It was a painful experience, but he got me through it and I appreciate his professionalism. I would just suggest that if there are delays, the patient should be advised.
