Horrible customer service
This practice was highly recommended by my heart/vascular doctor. A referral and results of a CT scan was faxed to them 3x with confirmations faxed was received. I have kidney stones thar are obstructed and need to see them ASAP. After awaiting 1 week to hear from them and no call, I decided to call them...never spoke to a live person, instead i received a text to communicate. I get a call from their office couple of weeks back after my primary care physician sent a referral to their office. They scheduled the appointment 3 weeks later. I reach for the appointment on time and they said to me that I am not scheduled and My information does not exists in their system. That is really bad!! Then she said that I can get you in the schedule but the next available will be March 10!! Seriously!!
Dr. Kas is very personable. He immediately put me at ease. But more importantly he is an excellent diagnostician. Highly recommended.
