Run, don't walk, away from this practice! My family has been with his practice for 25+ years, dedicated and loyal, paid all billing on time, made all appts on time etc. The thanks we received for helping him build his practice was him dropping us all as patients for complaining how we cannot reach the office, make appts, etc., as of late. For the past year, we have been told available appts are weeks out and to go to urgent care, more costly for my plan. Very dissatisfied with the service. Iv contacted the clinic repeatedly regarding a prescription over the course of a week. Each time it has been sent incorrectly. It's like they don't understand the urgency. U can't call the office and speak to anyone, u always have to leave a mssg on VM and wait for sm1 to call you back. Iv been with them for over a year, but now ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I'm switching providers.
