My boyfriend Al Chadwell and I are so incredibly grateful for Dr. Bader and his PA Jeremy. It took us 3 months to find a neurosurgeon who listened to us and understood there was really something very wrong with Al’s spine. No ONE at Mercy Hospital or UOI listened to us. He was the only neurosurgeon who requested a CT scan for further imaging. We cannot say enough wonderful things!!! Al had his T12-L1 fused on Jan 19th. Very thorough at explaining MRI and talking through options. Felt he cared about my care plan and what was best for me. Surgery went well and several nurses commented how great Dr Bader is and how committed he is to his patients. Staff was also great when I had questions before surgery.
