The Dr did a super job explaining every thing to both of us. Than you Dr.
I do not like not being able to talk to a person and having to leave voicemails and messages. I have found that many offices are not diligent about returning messages either voicemails or my chart. Sometimes a prompt response is not necessary. Sometimes it is. Patient should be able to talk to somebody that can triage their concern.
