They now charge you a $25 fee to park in front of your building. This place was much better under the old management. I used to swing by the office once or twice a week to chat with the staff, who always had a treat on hand for my dog. Communicating with the new management is like talking to a chat bot that was forced to watch thousands of hours of C-Suite meetings. Great place to live, good location, and always had great customer service.
I would highly recommend Shawnee Station, especially with the new fantastic management team they have in place now. They are some of the kindest folks you'll ever meet - and they are attentive, professional and always responsive. I am LOVING the new amenities and how I can see them working hard to maintain the property and even making upgrades.
