Pros: Maintence are friendly Location isn't the worst in the world Most interactions with the staff is nice Cons: parking has been such a mess. You would hope to park near your apartment but you will find your self parking 2-3 it sucks especially when you or someone works long shifts and coming home at midnight. Pool/Gym/Office was closed all summer People are really lazy with their own trash leaving it on the floor next to the dumpster or just hanging on the door. Suggest box would be cool tho

Title: Unacceptable Living Conditions & Lack of Accountability I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here has been unacceptable and needs to be shared. I honestly would give this complex ZERO stars! The management has repeatedly failed to provide fully functioning housing during extreme heat, creating unsafe living conditions for both residents and animals. My sister moved in here and within a week her air conditioning went out on a Saturday. No one even came to look at it until Thursday and almost 3 weeks later it still hasn’t been fixed. She had to leave and stay with family because the portable unit they provided did nothing to cool the apartment. Temps regularly read in the 90s INSIDE the apartment. Very little communication from management and poor way of handling the situation, nothing offered to compensate.
