I do not live here, but we toured this complex last week after initially cancelling our tour due to seeing some negative reviews. Perla changed our minds and got us to come see for ourselves. This is actually a beautiful property with nicely renovated rooms, and went under new management in the spring. They are under lots of construction but doing their best to get everything looking great. We decided to go with another option, but Perla still wished us the best of luck in our choice and we are thankful we toured anyway.

They now charge you a $25 fee to park in front of your building. This place was much better under the old management. I used to swing by the office once or twice a week to chat with the staff, who always had a treat on hand for my dog. Communicating with the new management is like talking to a chat bot that was forced to watch thousands of hours of C-Suite meetings.
