I have been a patient of Dr. Ahluwalia for four years now. I have never had a problem with he or his staff. Dr. Ahluwalia goes above and beyond.

HE HAS BEEN TAKING CARE OF MY SON FOR 4 YEARS AND HE IS DOING A GREAT JOB BUT HIS STAFF SUCKS. THEY NEVER CAN GET THE PRESCRIPTIONS RIGHT AND LIES ABOUT IT ALL THE TIME I AM NOW LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR FOR MY SON. DR AHLUWALIA YOU ARE AN AMAZING DR, BUT YOUR STAFF NEEDS EDUCATION ON HOW NOT TO LIE TO A PATIENT WHOM IS ILL AND GETTING THE MEDICATION THEY NEED MOST TO STAY ALIVE. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE YOU ARE NOT GOD.

I have been with Dr. Mohinder Ahluwalia for well over 10+ years. He cared for my dad as well, for his last 2+ years, with lung cancer. He took very good care of him, bedside manner was outstanding, & most importantly, my dad loved him dearly. That's an A+ in my book. He did have to "yell" at his staff a few times, & that made me very happy. It is difficult to get in to a (near) appt., & his staff IS unorganized, rude, & have horriable, bedside manners, except for: Sera. She is fantastic

Though the physician himself appears to be knowledgeable his staff is terrible. They are extremely unorganized and execute poor communications with other medical offices and patients. In my experience with his office I the patient's POA had to do any and all work to become established under his care as my mother has been diagnosed with COPD and sue to her condition only has 12 percent function of her lungs. The office continually misplaced or failed to locate documentation for her appointment,

He's just awful, discharging a dying WWII vet with horrific bed sores on his back. We were assigned him, I wouldn't willing take my dog to see him!! My father in law has seen this drs son maybe 2xs because after patient discharge and home nurse instructions are made.. it takes forever for a nurse to come see the patient and patient is usually back in the hospital when appt date arrives, very bad combination, Dr Ahluwalia owns Heritage medical be very careful choosing this combo my inlaw is dying

This doctor now works at St Mary Hospital in Apple Valley, CA. This doctor wanted to operate on me at all cost. The Managing Head Doctor of the hospital told me I was getting out of the hospital on Thursday (2 days away). This doctor told me I wasn't getting out on Thursday, and I wasn't getting out until he had operated on me. At this point I confirmed with The Managing Head Doctor that I was in fact getting out I tried to avoid this doctor but it was hard. I left the hospital the very next day

I've been with this doctor since 2004, I think he is very friendly, professional, and busy. It's very hard to get an appointment with him, he has a new doctor that works with him when he is unavailable, he is young and doesn't have all the experience Dr. Ahluwalia have, plus I've been waiting for him to start me on insulin. after 2 visits to E.R got it now. He tried to make me switch over to Heritage but I didn't want to mess up all of my specialist. Yet he stills deserve 5 stars he is good.

The turn over of office personnel is incredible.. The new doctor he has working with him didn't even listen to my chest on my first time seeing him, even though he knew I had been a lung cancer patient. He didn't know how to bill and I was being billed for over a $1000.00 when I have insurance that should cover it.. The front office help seems to be students now. One time they couldn't even find my chart. They thought I was a new patient. It can be hard to get through to the office on the phone.

I filed a grievance against Dr. Ahluwalia, and his staff, because I found the staff to be incompetent, snooty, uncompassionate, and do not know what they are doing. And when a patient (that’s me) files a grievance against them; they lied in order to look good and dodge responsibility; as they say. To me, that is low. Dr. Ahluwalia, is the same. Uncompassionate, and did not care about doing what is ethical. If I were you; I’d find another doctor.
