Great follow up. Lori at Bryan's office is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of my coverages. Also, she was able to combine policies. My old agent didn't do that.
Bryan and his staff are great to work with. I will refer them anytime!
I received a letter in the mail telling me how much $$ that they could save me. I called and left a message but they never called back. When I finally did speak to Lori she took my info but never called back. I had to call her and even then she was absolutely no help. She suggested I call my current insurer and then get back to her. I decided it wasn't worth the bother. She has never followed up with me - I assume she didn't want my business. I found excellent coverage with another carrier through a local agent instead.

This office lacks common courtesy. They don't return calls. Actually told my husband that he lied when he said a call was never returned.
