My husband Deacon Mike Iozzo worked with Ahlgrim Elmhurst Funeral Home many times over these many years as a Roman Catholic Deacon. Jessica was wonderful. They immediately responded to our every request. They provided a soft, gentle aura for the wake of my wife of 60 years. The arrangements were beautiful. They provided their large screen tv for us to use for a memories video we had prepared. Jessica even put the big tv in her car and delivered it to the facility we were using for the celebration of life event we were having because theirs broke down. That’s service that is above and beyond. I felt their prices were reasonable too.
They provided prompt, professional, sincere, warm, comprehensive services. I am sure this is because they are privately and locally owned and not owned or operated by the large corporation that starts with a "D", which is cold and so rigid. Everyone at Ahlgrim Funeral Home was so responsive, and so authentic.
