Casey could not have been more helpful in signing me up for Medigap. I was nervous and he calmed me down and guided the process step by step. He filled out forms for me over the phone, shared his screen with me so I could see, and was in general a calm and caring presence. I am so glad I was lucky enough to have him as my representative!
