Casey was awesome! This was a big change for me and my husband and Casey put us at ease. He is a super clear communicator. Besides answering all my questions he included information that I didn’t even know I needed to ask about! Very Happy to have him as a resource going forward!
Casey could not have been more helpful in signing me up for Medigap. I was nervous and he calmed me down and guided the process step by step. He filled out forms for me over the phone, shared his screen with me so I could see, and was in general a calm and caring presence. I am so glad I was lucky enough to have him as my representative!
