Not honoring their coupons when they send them to you in the mail. There no stipulations on them but when you try to use them all of a sudden you can’t. I don’t know if it’s under new management but I have been coming here off and on for years ! I guess I have to rethink some things. And you know what the worst part is I was also shopping for a new yoga studio to start the new year and I thought it was going to be Alahrah. Again rethinking things.
RecommendedThis is the best spa ever! The minute you walk through the door you begin to feel relaxed and pampered, and when your treatment begins, it is incredible! Massages are always great and the masseuse listens to any concerns you may have with, injuries, pain, etc. Maryanne, one of the estheticians has shown me a lot about how to best treat my "aging" complexion! Better than Ballantine!
my wife and I had our first massage experience here and it was amazing. great people great massage. it was a much needed experience. so peaceful we loved it and will be back!!
Tracy was absolutely amazing. She did a great job and her personality is just great if you want to be comfortable and not talk the whole time . Very relaxing atmosphere and they truly treat you like Royalty. I had the hydrodermabrasion facial done .
Make contact with customers if you have to change their scheduled appointment. Don't assume that they got a text from you--especially when you text the wrong number.
Just had the January specials salt scrub and massage. AMAZING!!! Thank you To my masseuse and aesthetician......thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

Had a complete spa experience today and it was AMAZING!! Everyone was so kind and professional. My package today was a gift but I will most definitely be going back more. If you are looking for relaxation and stress relief then Ahlara is the place to go! Highly recommend!!
