BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! They trick you into writing a good review right after getting approved then all hell breaks loose afterwards! Save the time, money n legal fees cause you’ll need all of the above with this company! Never moved into their property because my washer wouldn’t fit in the “laundry room”, a tiny space with hot water heater blocking the door n they wanted me to force my 3000 washer into the space, impossible. This company deserves 0 stars. Not only did they make a huge mistake buying out AHI Montgomery but keeping the same representatives was an even bigger error. I am now having to take my concerns to the court of law regarding their practices. The home recieved little to no maintenence for the entire almost 4 years I lived there. They attempted to force me into signing a lease for the last two years which I did not, but are using terms under pure property which I never signed a pure property lease.
