I just called and explained the difficulty I was having scheduling a scan with CVPH. Instead of the ( normal reaction of ( I’m sorry that happened, let’s get you taken care of) the person who answered today at 8:37 after putting me on hold , that was fine said can I get your information coz I don’t even know tho you are ! Wow what a difference! Went to another back door lab before walking out feeling gross. Came here for an X-ray but they do blood work too! As of September'24 I can't say why anyone would complain about the front desk. I had multiple referrals to juggle and the women was super kind and helpful. Super nice front desk checked me in, super nice staff drew blood and ran X-ray. Place is bright and clean and fast. Just awesome.
