About time a professional medical company in the area, they keep prices resonable an d NO LONG wait, like other companies. The problem in Plattsburgh, IS NOT ENOUGH medical stay, only a stepping stone for them, so help is a big issue. Notjust PAI but every medical office has. 10 Stars to them!!
I've gone here for multiple scans and testing over the past 5 years. Their office is clean, spacious, and modern. The office staff may at times be a tad busy but have always been helpful. The one issue I've had in this time is that I've had thyroid cancer and my specialist has asked for measurements of the nodes near the thyroid but not specifically written it on the order. I just called and explained the difficulty I was having scheduling a scan with CVPH. Instead of the ( normal reaction of ( I’m sorry that happened, let’s get you taken care of) the person who answered today at 8:37 after putting me on hold , that was fine said can I get your information coz I don’t even know tho you are ! Wow what a difference! Went to another back door lab before walking out feeling gross. Came here for an X-ray but they do blood work too! As of September'24 I can't say why anyone would complain about the front desk. I had multiple referrals to juggle and the women was super kind and helpful. Super nice front desk checked me in, super nice staff drew blood and ran X-ray. Place is bright and clean and fast. Just awesome.
