I received a gift certificate as a Christmas present and can't believe what an amazing gift this has turned into! I'm able to self-direct the kind of healing my body needs all in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. As a working mom with four young children, this is the perfect retreat for me to practice self-care, which is become my non-negotiable in my life. By caring for myself, I feel unstoppable in providing care for those I love.
I love coming to Ahhhsome every day! The equipment there is so beneficial and relaxing! I work at Ahhhsome and it's so amazing to see how it's helping other people and changing their lives for the better! The equipment has also helped me personally with a few things and it's such a relief to know that there is a safe place to just go and relax. I highly recommend trying Ahhhsome out!
Ahhhsome relaxation is so wonderful! It's the place I go to get away, to meditate, and to do something good for my mind and body. The people are welcoming and kind, the environement is peaceful and serene, and they have a keurig vending machine!!! Pretty sweet!
Ahhhsome is my place to get away and relieve stress! Everything is so nice and clean in there! I notice the more I go the more It helps me and I feel better! I try and go everytime I'm in Idaho Falls no matter what time it is! Love my time there! It's so peaceful! And the owners Alyce and Shawn are so nice! It will be a year in March since I signed up! One of the best things I've ever done for myself!
I love it. It's my escape. I can definitely see a difference when I don't go. I've always hoped a place like this would open up around here and its so much more than I ever expected.
I have struggled with intense pain and anxiety for countless years. Ahhhsome Relaxation is my escape and it doesn't involve food, alcohol or medications. Your anxiety dissolves here. Words can't describe how peaceful it is and the equipment available to use is state of the art. How did a little town like Idaho Falls get this gem? This is something you'd think would be in L.A. or New York. The owners are amazing. Stop in for a tour. You won't be disappointed.
I have been a member for several months. Use to go daily, but have been slipping and going only every other day. My health has improved so much. It is a place to relax & enjoy the benefits of the machines The owners & all their staff are very courteous and helpful
