Terrible customer service
RecommendedI absolutely love this business!! I am now a regular because they are the best! Super nice workers, never a wait, and all-around a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!!!
Polish started peeling off within 48hrs and I was told that was normal I should’ve got gel
I shouldn’t give them a dagon Star!!!!!!! called a week and half a go I made an appointment at 7pm on 4/5/18 at Ah Nail spa. When I walked in, no on spoke. Then a lady came from the back and asked What I was getting I showed her my Groupon. She looked around and stated they was busy (with 3 customers ) and I have to mak an appointment. The owner of the business is very rude. When you call to make appointment with the Groupon she act likes she doesn’t want to schedule you. She also place all these disclaimers regarding using the groupon I.e can’t use the groupon after 6 PM and not on the weekends. She gave my daughter such a difficult time with the groupon that my daughter will not be going there again. The only reason I didn’t give 1-star is because of Joanie. Hated isn't an appropriate word. I was completely disrespected by an employee here. I had purchased a Groupon voucher for a pedicure and was calling to get an appointment. The employee stated "she wasn't going to schedule the appointment for a 'Groupon person' because they don't make money off of it." I didn't realize my value as a customer was less due to the fact I was using Groupon to save a little money.
