I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated by my experience at this location. My partner and I walked in on September 29 at approximately 6:15 p.m. seeking time-sensitive sexual health care. At check-in, we specifically stated that we wanted to speak privately with a provider about PEP following a potential exposure within the previous 72 hours. I appreciate that Hell’s Kitchen Wellness provides free, accessible STI testing. I was seen as a walk-in, the process was quick, and I was given the choice between a faster screening and a more extensive panel that would take longer. I chose the most extensive option. That is a valuable service, and my criticism is not about the testing itself. So grateful for this organization and this location! Was like a warm hug dealing with one of the ladies at the front desk and my provider. No rude attitudes. Run efficiently and with kindness.

Came on a Saturday sept.12 for the wellness center and I waited at the door starting at noon. Waited for 1hr at the door and no one ever unlocked the door. I called multiple times to the number on the website and it rang until the voicemail answered. All I got I the answering machine saying that the voicemail box was full and to try again later. About 3-4 other people either waited or came by the door as well to be seen and of course by that point no one came to the door. Do better AHF. Seriously.

Been going to this place for years for regular health visits. They are very accommodating and the doctors here do great work. At times it does feel a bit packed but that because a lot of people attend this clinic for regular health screenings. They have a lot of services including insurance help.
