They are kind the only problem is they don’t answer the phone.
The comments about them closing early are true, it seems. I'm here at 1pm and they are closed for the day as they are ostensibly at capacity. Obviously they should only do scheduled appointments and not take walk-ins if it's like this so consistently. I usually go to a location in California and it's not like this. They're open when they say they're open. Not sure why this location is so different.

I adore the idea of the safe space, first visit went smooth and rapid results, unfortunately this visit a couple months later my specimen samples have been lost and doesn't even show that I was there so I'm pretty upset with the unprofessional handling from the staff, I only have one day off a week and I can't keep going up to a place, staying in long lines, just to have you all lose my samples.
