probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time walking into a STD clinic to get tested super easy simple but In-N-Out within 35 minutes !! I got my results extremely fast !!
This clinic is a godsend great people shoutout G. Hernandez. I plan to donate whenever I can.
Whatever wait time they say it will be, double it and add 30 min -_-
I came to my scheduled appointment on Tuesday at 10:30am somehow my appt was moved back an hour and half to noon, I had something to do after so I rescheduled it for the next day at noon. I come at noon the next day and I’m told the very same thing my appt was for 1:30pm an hour and half later than what I was told the day before by the same person. I know these are free services but this is not ok. I would not recommend even making an appt there’s no point😒 if you can go anywhere else I strongly suggest it
Despite the long line, i was in and out. And the guy at intake was so kind, as well as mu phlebotomist. Results were back in 2 days. Grateful i found this place.
