Y'all need to have a SPECIFIC ending time for when you stop taking walk-ins, instead of just taking people until you're "full." What kind of nonsense service is this? People drive here later in the day after the morning rush only to be told there's "no more room." I'm not a morning person and don't like having to get to the clinic at 10:30am just to wait for 2 hours anyway. This whole experience makes me never want to have sex again.

Bullshit.. walked in at around 2:30 after calling them umpteenth times before the walk-in window and got sent straight to the voicemail everytime .. had to uber there and immediately had to call a uber back home after going to the counter and being turned around damn shame on a Wednesday and couldn’t get serviced because of “full capacity” but the website and the card they give you literally says free walk in testing from 2-6pm on whatever days including wednesdays HOW its at capacity after 30 mins is a question ill wonder... read more

Sophia was such a delight. Everyone here was kind and helpful. We were in and out in under an hour!! Best clinic I have been too in such a long time.

I’m not really sure what is going on here. When I went online in search of a ”clinic”, there was absolutely nothing that indicated this particular place is located inside of a thrift store. Okay, whatever. When I entered, I asked if this was a clinic and a gentleman literally pointed to (my left/his right) side of the store which was the shoe department I suppose.
