I’m not really sure what is going on here. When I went online in search of a ”clinic”, there was absolutely nothing that indicated this particular place is located inside of a thrift store. Okay, whatever. When I entered, I asked if this was a clinic and a gentleman literally pointed to (my left/his right) side of the store which was the shoe department I suppose. Great experience! I’ve went on Saturday morning which is was VERY busy, but everyone was kind. I went another time during a weekday lunch and it was SO FAST.

The messaging at this place is a complete joke. You have the website that says one thing, you have the phone number and they tell you one thing, then the actual place of business tells you one thing. I am just going to let you know, they do not accept walk-ins. They may advertise and lie and say they do, but they do not. They also stop appointments in the middle of the day whenever they want. Love that this is available and free for everyone. It gets busy but i don't see that as a bad thing' it means people are being responsible with their health. The staff ive encountered have been great!
