Drove 30 minutes just to be told they only take the first 50 people starting at 5PM. When I talked to the front desk prior over the phone it was never mentioned. Does not seem professional.
What they run is a skeletal service. Disregard their opening hours of 5-8pm. I called in at 5:28 pm for testing and they told me they are already closed.
Awful awful awful if I could give 0 stars I would I live over an hour away and called multiple times with no answer only to arrive and be turned away completely unprofessional it’s already an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation this place makes it no better DO NOT COME HERE there are other free options in Dallas
