I am very disappointed with my experience at this hospital. The staff often have a poor attitude and come across as if they do not care about patients. The pharmacy is especially frustrating to deal with—communication is poor, and there seems to be a lack of concern for patient needs. At one point, my family planning medication was sent to my home, and when I came in for my appointment, I was told I was supposed to bring it with me. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had they are so unprofessional and unorganized the staff is not welcoming at all it’s already a stigma with having HIV and that place makes sure of it the Dr never smile once at me not friendly there was always a problem with getting my medication delivered they delivered to the wrong address I will never go back there
two weeks ago was contacted by a case manager by the name of Alvernise Boyd for a program for assisting me with rental assistance and today, October 16, 2020 16 I go to the appointment and I’m sitting there waiting excessive amount of time for her to come out tell me that her supervisor Mr. Profit told her that because I was in a another program before which was three years ago that I couldn’t be in this one because it come out the same thing to my number that I was confronted with my case manager, that is false, but he trie... read more
