Staff is super friendly and professional. Wait-time is minimal, under 10 mins for my visits once checked in. Courtesy calls to help with reminders, prescriptions, labs, and transportation assistance is offered for qualified patients who may need assistance getting to appointments. Dr. Nguyen is very accommodating, and his staff helps to ensure all visits work for your schedule to prevent canceling or rescheduling. Overall a great patient experience with you in mind throughout your visit.
