Beyond incompetent. Made appointment for Monday 8:20am, they confirmed a few days later over the phone. I show up "oh sorry, there's no doctor on Mondays. The scheduling team must've messed up." I reschedule for Friday morning, they call me to confirm. I show up, guess what: "oh the doctor's not in today". Couldn't offer me an alternative appointment at another location. I just left... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !
I have been going to this clinic for many years and they are truly the best. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and always treats patients with kindness and respect. The clinic is clean, organized, and very professional, and you can genuinely feel that they care about the people they serve. A special thank you to Calie, who is always so helpful and knowledgeable when answering questions and helping navigate the complex health insurance world. Her support makes a huge difference.
Mary was my point of contact today, and she was absolutely wonderful. I called to change my primary care provider and schedule a few appointments, and from the moment she answered the phone, she was kind, patient, and welcoming. She never seemed annoyed by the many questions I had and made me feel genuinely comfortable about starting my journey here. Chelsea Is great I highly recommend her and Samantha they help me and they also went above and beyond they are the best
Always very helpful. Dr Vanegas is always taking the time in office and virtually. The office staff are friendly, efficient and concerned. Again always going above and beyond. Highly recommend this practice to all.
