The last review was myopic at best. Yes they are only open one day a week, but I'm sure that's to save money. I mean this is a non-profit saving your life. The phone system is just kinda hard to deal with that might have been the problem there. The staff however are incredibly warm and tactful especially Dr. Nickel. He signed a disability letter I needed for GR and was under no obligation to.
AHF Lancaster is horrible! They never answer the phone after 3:00 but it says they're open until 5:30 and the only time you have a shot at speaking to the front desk for something as simple as an appointment is on Thursday because they're only open on Thursdays. They never answer there front desk phone. My Lawer for my SSI claim can't even verify if im being seen by a doctor here because they're only open on Thursday and they rarely answer the phone. My experience here has been bad.
