A United Rental pickup hauling a camper hit the semi I was driving and destroyed my mirror. As they passed I noticed that the person was crossing the line into my lane. I couldn't safety move over so I laced the air horn, which the person ignored and continued into my lane and destroyed my mirror. The person fled the scene of and accident. The person was recorded on my dash cam.
