If moving a loved one or yourself in do your due diligence by checking with Fair Housing complaints (there are many) as well as past and present Civil lawsuits. Former Property Manager (Rhonda Schlabach) was scandalous to the point of criminal against tenants and her right hand woman is still in the building harassing and intimidating other tenants and their guests. My mother has been with AHEPA #59 for many years under a couple of managers. All managers including this one, Rhonda, has treated my mother fairly and by the rules. My mom enjoys her independence, freedom to come and go as she pleases and the safety that comes with living in this facility. She also has access to a laundry with-in the facility. I have lived here for four years now. Our building is always clean and well-cared for. We are able to address our concerns and needs with the staff. The staff is friendly and they treat us with dignity and kindness. There are always activities and events planned for the residents. I have recommended this housing option to others who are looking for Senior Housing. As a Senior, I feel comfortable and safe here.
Have been a resident of Ahepa 59 apartments going on 5 years. Absolutely love this property. Grounds are kept immaculate and inside is cleaned daily. Always a program to attend, learning about new insurance changes, bingo, card games, ect. Property manager,Rhonda Schlabach, is very approachable with a concern you may have. And taken care of in a timely matter. Love this property, and honored to call this home.
