Great place to live
If I could I'd give this facility NO stars at all, what's happening to the seniors here (dirty carpets, mildew, dirty floors, roaches, mice, rats, a laundry room that needs repairs, ASAP and so on) is atrocious, and for those of you who have loved ones staying at this place, you need to check up on them 'right away' and bring some consumer advocates (and maybe the media) with you. Don’t move here! Unprofessional, rude staff that stays locked in the office all day, sends residents false notices that they owe balances when they don’t and when asked why they say it’s a computer glitch. Refuses to let residents access computers on site, poor building conditions.etc
