Moved from Colorado Springs, CO to Burlington, NC in March 2025. I was very concerned about finding the right house in the right neighborhood. AHB website search was easy to use and full of pictures to help me find my home. Staff was absolutely lovely to deal with and answered all my questions. All contract work was done over email and DocuSign making it super easy from CO. I was warmly welcomed when I finally made it to NC to pick up my keys. My experience with AHB has been stellar.

AHB Realty has managed my rental properties for the last 3 years. They have provided excellent service. As an owner I see my rentals maintained without my need to micro manage. Tenants concerns are addressed and many are long term as a result of the quick response to their needs.
I'm pretty certain these people are associated with Andrews Property's which are Steve and Billy Andrews.... they are liers and should not be able to rent property's if they are gonna treat people like they do. They started out ok, property's are not well taken care of, and they don't really fix anything that isn't an emergency, but fairly decent! I was giving permission to leave a property due to family issues back in Tn, (my mom died) so I cleaned everything up nicely, left a brand new AC unit, and expensive room dividers... read more
