So my wife and I applied at one of their places and got approved. We picked a house that was suitable for us, 3 beds, 2 bath for $1700. Paid the deposit for the place and signed the rental agreement about 2 hours later we received a call saying, they have to refund our MONEY ORDERS that had already been signed off with their business name on it because they made a mistake and the property we selected was actually $1850, so they can either issue a refund or we have to select another house.
