We have used multiple services at AHB over the past 8 years and they are all incredible. Understand that they offer parental coordinator services and have to work with very angry divorcing parents, so you should consider that some reviews are coming from that lense. The business side of the business used to be really challenging, but over the past year it has been excellent and they use a wonderful portal for scheduling, payments and communication. I've had very positive experiences with Dr. Harris-Britt. They handle very serious abuse situations. Things most of us never see. Major abuse. I have no doubt she can handle whatever dilemma you need help with, with her level of experience. In life we need a sense of proportion. One has to factor these issues in in reviews. They are in a no win situation. Dont rate a practice like this over billing issues. Thats a disgrace. Its about protecting children.
