I’m only even giving stars because of the Vision Dr (I think Tran?) because she is amazing in helping with my ongoing eye issue and the vision therapy team. The actual process of getting back to see them is hellish. The two women who work front desk are some of the most dismissive rude people i have encountered. They informed me of a vision therapy bill hundreds of dollars owed MONTHS after I had been in therapy. My insurance card didn’t show a copay but their excuse is its my insurance i should have known i had to pay…lol a... read more
