Akward customer service. Though the system says already says Ahava ... secretary said again ahava. No communication of saying please hold .. no appointment reminder neither phone.. text... no patient portal...
The wait is very long for a simple appointment for dermatology and when i called 3 times i will on hold for 9 minutes and still noone answered. they will not be successful if noone can reach them and people have to wait so long for an appointment
I come to Ahava Medical to do dry needling with Dr Lee and shock wave therapy with Dr Michelle. They are truly amazing, very patient and kind, and have really helped me feel better. Thank you so much!!
