Waste of my time, my gasoline effort to get ready and most importantly excuse my child an early release from school just to take her to a dental on time . They called patient inside that has a later appointment than my child very unfair especially to my little one who missed part of her time in the class and who got there 15 minutes prior to her appoinment and turns out later that someone will be taking care of first that has a later appoinment so discouraging.
