On-Time Appointments! What's my #1 issue with going to a doctor's office, any type? It is waiting impatiently to be seen an hour later after your appointment time! Here, I arrived at the scheduled time, sat down ready to wait. Imagine my surprise when I heard my name inside 5 minutes. I was out the door before I knew. That is excellent service. And it happened on my second visit too ! The doctors and staff are very nice, professional and welcoming. Wish I had switched to this place sooner.
Great experience getting 2 pairs of glasses mostly covered by insurance Worth the trip from a neighborhood nearby Customer service at its best!
