Had an appointment with urologist at 12:45 for followup,was there till 3:30pm told reception cannot stay any longer never saw doctor no explanation was never told a sonogram was scheduled or that I needed a full bladder to complete the test drank 15 cups of water waiting was told bladder was not full to complete test. Was told to sit in hallway, when doctor saw me he asked staff what is he doing here instead of asking patient directly.
