My mother was a patient of Dr Sharkey for several years. He always had a teasing way with her. She didn't like waiting to see him, but she loved him as her nephrologist. He is professional, knowledgeable but more importantly he is compassionate. Thank you for all you did for Katie Eagan. Jane Hanson

My husband was referred to Dr. Elsharkawi for his kidneys. He had his first appointment on 8/9/2022. Dr. Shark was very through and caring. He asked a lot of questions, listened to the answers without interruption and then proceeded to explain what he was going to do in detail. We feel like my husband is in the best hands possible for his kidney issues. He seems to be highly knowledgeable in his field and we were very comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment. We would highly recommend him.
Dr. sharky is a great Dr. He is my Nephrologist and my primary care doctor. We have a great relationship. He is a very busy man which sometimes makes it difficult to see him however I can usually talk to his nurse or have a televisit. He has been my local nephrologist since I had a kidney transplant in 2013 and is familiar with Doctors at Mayo clinic.
