I have been with Nationwide about 10 years. Very very pleased of all the people that were there. It’s not an easy job. I understand. Keep up the good work thank you Gail.
I have been unable to post classes for almost 2 months!!! I am absolutely appalled by the disgraceful excuse for customer service this company provides. The lack of accountability and basic professionalism is astounding, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing on this company’s priority list. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating, and I will make it a point to warn others about this abysmal level of service. It would be nice if I could provide a negative star rating.
