The beginning of this experience was great they were very adamant about making a sale with us. We made an inquiry online through car guru and they reached out almost immediately as we are from Missouri and not Ohio. We knew what we wanted and they had it. They did everything possible to get us a good deal with a finance company and that part of the experience was great. The worst ever tried to purchase my son a car turned everything in they still couldn't do their job never got possession of the car and can't get a refund
My friend bought a car and they keep on keeping it he got scammed working 40 hour weeks for a car he doesn’t have and he cant get the money back. 11k wasted dont go to this place
