Purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer Limited from these people 2 yrs ago. 1 week after purchase, oil was pouring out of the engine. Their mechanic states he did a full checkup and didn't see it. They fixed it regardless. 2 mos later...took it in for an oil change and they told me the water pump was gone - $4500.00. 6 mos later...water pump failed again...$4,500.00. I have changed my review. Everything was great until they backed out on their word to repair the radio in the Jeep I purchased for 30k. Once they found out the radio needed replaced, they backed out. No reputable business backs out of their word simply because it cost more than they thought. Not only that, Ahmad and his girlfriend both posted 1 star reviews with no commet for me to relpy to on my company page in retaliation for this review, we've never done work for either of them. They were very accommodating working with me remotely to get everything done. They even came in on Easter Sunday so I could drive my new van home. Thank you so much!! Awesome experience! Update. Over 2 months later and I still don't have plates for my van. No one will answer my calls emails or texts. And I was also deceived about the financing and ended up with an outrageous interest rate.
