Lease expired Aug. 31st. Today is Nov. 2 and still have not received the $3200 deposit refund. I was given an apology for "the delay", but zero explanation. They use a portal and take payments instantly, but have had zero response to maintenance requests. Had to make direct contact and waited 6 weeks to get a broken, unusable washing machine replaced. I could continue with a few other issues, but you get the idea. They're either incompetent or criminal. Run away renters and homeowners
⚠️ Deceptive & Illegal Practices - be careful. We are shocked at the extent of the unethical practices of this company. After touring and applying, we put down a $1000 earnest deposit for a home. We were then sent a lease that listed multiple astronomical fees, all of which were deceptive as they were not listed under “cost & fees,” on the listing nor communicated to us in any capacity. NIGHTMARE! FLAGRANT LAW VIOLATORS! This is a warning to all potential tenants: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Where to start?
