I've given this some thought because I definitely came out of my agreement with AH management hot mad. Now that I've taken a beat, I give them 3 stars. In my case, I was renting a home I intend to live in again, so perhaps my needs are more acute than the typical landlord. If you're open to just handing the property over and not think about it again, AH Management is probably fine (especially if you don't know your tenants).
