Had these guys install a new heat pump and furnace. Didn't do a good job but needed a new furnace and mine died. Now I need maintenance and just tried to call them. Phone number is disconnected and another reviewer has stated the business is closed up with a for lease sign. If you bought from them you are out of luck like me.
These guys are true professionals! Among the reps of 3 other A/C Co.'s, Tylor was the most sincere and well-informed person. He provided a complete quote with all necessary info. and the most reasonable pricing. He promised the installation on certain date, A&H crew came in at 8:00 AM sharp on that very date, completed the installation and left a clean installation site. 2 year old home. Problems with heat pump that was installed by A&H. phone line doesn't work. Can't get a hold of anyone in the company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We were is a jam, they were close and available. They installed a brand new York furnace in January. It stopped working in March. They don't answer calls, they decline cell calls, don't answer texts. Main phone line is disconnected. They damaged our house during install and I let it go. Appears install done incorrectly which is why it isn't working anymore. Out thousands of dollars!!!!
We had several issues with our York furnace. Dan from A&H came to our house and troubleshot the furnace. He has expert knowledge of the York system. He identified several faulty pressure sensors, ordered new ones & replaced the faulty ones. A&H gave us priority service since our furnace was our only source of heat and it had been in the 20’s outside. The furnace works great now! I trust A&H and highly recommend them & their technician Dan!
