On the phone and in person the people who work at White Cap, Ardsley NY were excellent. They were friendly and helpful with no attitude, even though I didn't have an account. I had to purchase a product I wasn't familiar with and they were patient and informative. Even the delivery driver was friendly and arrived early. I deal with many supply houses and this was the best experience in New York.
