I hired this company to clean and inspect our ductwork as part of a home renovation. Not only did they do a poor job cleaning, but they also cracked a vent register in the hallway, dented a wall corner near the return grille, and left one of the ceiling vents hanging loose. When I called to report the damage, the receptionist said the technician “noted preexisting damage” which was a complete lie.
