My daughter and two friends were going to move and they were told they had to move at 2:00 p.m. the first day of the month. The apartment was not ready, workers were working there and there were so many roaches that it was incredible. They kill 8 roaches while looking at the painters do their job. I moved out of an apartment in Bedstuy owned by A&H THREE years ago and I am still thinking about how awful they were. They were negligent in fixing our BEDBUG (twice!!!) AND WASP problem!!! I went to check to see if I had submitted a review when I moved out and I hadn't, so I felt the need to come back and warn everyone to STAY AWAY. You do not want to deal with these people and their blighted properties.
Don’t trust these guys. Definitely violating realtors code of ethics. I personally am going to report Mendel to the state board. No exaggeration he’s a conman.
I decided to take a change and rent it virtually and regretted it. They sold me a very dirty apartment.
